Here for you, as you are.

Danielle is a Pilates-based PT, movement specialist and manual therapist. I was trained in Stott Pilates with over 25 years of experience. I graduated from Pacific University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2002 and massage therapy school in 1999. I like to focus on prevention, personalized corrective exercise programs, scar management, problem solving to design clients programs to balance their bodies. I also like to do what I call “tune ups”: when injuries need manual therapy and exercise progression to keep clients living and playing their best throughout their lifespan.
